Orthofix Medical Inc. is the entity that markets the FLASH™ Navigation System with 7D Technology platform today, following a "merger of equals" with SeaSpine Holdings Corporation in 2023.

The technology behind the platform was originally developed by 7D Surgical Inc. (Toronto, Canada), a company founded from biophotonics research by a team at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and the University of Toronto. SeaSpine acquired 7D Surgical Inc. in 2021, and the 2023 SeaSpine–Orthofix merger led to the platform being marketed under the Orthofix brand.

Our partnership

Ronda Medical is the importer and distributor of Orthofix solutions in Romania, giving neurosurgery and spine surgery teams access to the FLASH™ Navigation System platform and the necessary technical support.
