About the manufacturer

SIGNUS Medical

SIGNUS Medizintechnik GmbH is a German manufacturer specialized in solutions for spine surgery. The family-owned company was founded in 1994 in Alzenau (Bavaria) by Susanne and Uwe Siedler and currently employs around 80 people, with offices in Germany and Australia.

The SIGNUS portfolio covers the entire spine, from the cervical region to the sacroiliac joint, with CE-certified (Europe) and FDA-cleared (USA) implants marketed worldwide. Product development is carried out in continuous dialogue with users, alongside international education and observership programs.
